CHANGING MY LIFE IN 28 DAYS – PART 4
We’ve now reached the fourth and final week of my journey to change my life. Unfortunately, I lost my last life two days before starting the final video. From the thumbnail alone, it’s clear what happened… I failed the challenge.
In this video, I discuss both the positive and negative outcomes of the challenge, reflecting on what I achieved over the 28 days. I also checked my social media and realized I hadn’t missed anything important during this time. As a final touch, I honored my penalty and shaved my head. The video was quite short, as I didn’t want to overdo it or talk too much, and there wasn’t much more to add.

Self-Reflection
I ended the video with an interview of myself holding a microphone, similar to the beginning in my first video. I talked about the highs and lows, the challenges I faced, and the parts that weren’t so difficult. One major issue was that I had taken on too many tasks at once, which became exhausting.
Challenges
I initially planned to keep up appearances as though nothing had happened and then reveal my shaved head at the end of the video. Unfortunately, I also ended up feeling bad and sick. I wanted to rent a camera from the media house to film the final video and practice color grading and correction, but the right equipment wasn’t available. I had also hoped to go skiing, but time constraints made it impossible. Despite these setbacks, I managed to tackle a lot of challenges, which reinforced the importance of better planning for future projects.
What I Learned
Throughout this video series, I’ve learned a lot about myself and gained valuable skills, particularly in video editing. One of my goals was to post more content, as I’d struggled with consistency before, and I ended up creating videos that were completely different from what I usually produce. I stepped out of my comfort zone and tried many new things, which I can definitely apply to future projects of this kind.
